Kokomo Civic Theatre has a policy of no ticket refunds. All ticket sales are final. The only exception is if we cancel a performance in cases of extreme weather emergency or a Covid-19 related emergency.

If you lose your tickets, please call our ticket voicemail line at 765-454-8800 prior to your scheduled performance and we will reprint the tickets for you. Reprinted tickets will be held at the Will Call table before the performance time.
For the comfort of our other patrons, please no babes in arms (e.g. young children) during our productions.
For the respect, comfort and safety of the actors, the use of cameras and recording devices is not permitted. Please ensure that all noise-making electronics (phones, pagers, handheld games, etc) are turned off before the performance begins.
Kokomo Civic Theatre offers wheelchair accessible seating for each performance. Please check with the Box Office prior to your scheduled performance for arrangements and availability.
A limited number of assisted listening devices are available through the Box Office on a first-come, first-served basis. You may be asked to leave a form of identification as a deposit when you pick up the device.
Kokomo Civic Theatre reserves the right to refuse service.
